The Side-Loaded Case Packer is usually used to pack color boxes into a bigger carton.
The products are in color boxes, then the color boxes are packed into a bigger carton for shipment.
The color boxes will be arranged in a designed pattern, the opened shipping carton is upturned 90 degree by the case packer, making the carton mouth toward to the well-arranged color boxes, then the case packer will push the color boxes into the shipping carton, and then the shipping carton restore the upturning, and flow to the next station like carton sealing.
We also have semi-automatic model to save cost and space. Semi-automatic model requires a worker to place the carton onto the case packer, and then press a button to pack.
