1.- Products Feeding and Arrangement:
The products are usually fed by a single line conveyor-->Distribute the products into different lines-->Arrange the products to the packing pattern;
2.- Wrap around case packer:
Cardboard sheets are supplied in a pile-->Fold one cardboard sheet into U shape-->Push the products into the folded cardboard-->The cardboard wraps around the products-->Spray hot melted glue on the carton flaps-->Carton flaps are pressed for glue solidification-->Send the packed carton out.
3.- Control system:
All the movements are detected by sensors. When there is a fault, the case packer will stop and alarm with light flashes, and the error code is displayed in the touch panel.
4.- Machine materials:
The parts contacted with products are stainless steel, the frames are painted by stoving varnish with code RAL9003. (the frames are optional of stainless steel.)
The safety window is made of organic glass, the window has safety switch.
5.- Safety protection:
All movements are with overload protection, in case the products are in shortage, the cartons are in shortage, the cartons congestion or dislocation, the system will automatically shut down and alarm with light flashes.
The electric waterproof grade is IP54.
6.- Carton size adjustment unit:
The carton cardboards feeding unit is adjusted manually according to carton size.
1).- Die-cut cardboards
External craft paper: 120-180g/m2;
Internal craft paper: 130-150g/m2;
Corrugated lines: Mixed chemical glue (±120g/m2);
Suggested carton: KSK 323B
2).- Hot melt glue
The nozzles spray hot melt glue onto the flaps, after short time press the glue solidifies and the carton is sealed.
Suggested glue:
Base Point: EVA hot melt glue
Melting point: 110 degrees centigrade
Interval time: 1.5-2 seconds;
Solidification time: instant
Nozzle glue spraying working temperature: 160-180C
